AQUAPROOF

To avoid damp and water leakage risk, it’s recommended for:

  • General purpose water proofing coating.
  • Damp proofing coating, suitable to use for below ground concrete foundations, basements, and retaining walls.
  • Can be used in conjunction with asphalt- saturated organic felt, fiber-glass or polyester mat or jute.
  • A moisture vapor barrier on block works and concrete surface prior to cladding.
  • Keep containers well closed.
  • Store under cover at temperatures between 5ΒΊC and 40 Β°C.
  • Keep the products packed in a dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not place the pallets on top of each other.
  • Fire: Non- flammable.
  • Skin contact: Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with skin.
  • Eye contact: Protect the eyes from splashes by wearing goggles. If splashed, irrigate with clean water and consult the nearest physician.
  • Clean immediately after use, with water.
  • Use kerosene or white spirit if the material has dried.
  • During work, place tools in water while not in use.
  • Note: AQUAPROOF is applied on damp or dry surfaces.
  • Note: stirwell before use.
  • Stir AQUAPROOF to homogeneity & apply by brush or Roller the first coat at a rate of 2-3 mtΒ²/kg. coat.
  • To ease application, dampen the surface with water before and during use.
  • Allow the first coat to dry (1-4 hours depending on weather conditions).
  • Apply the second coat at the same rate and right angle to the first coat.
  • Protectfrom frost and rain until fully cured.

Clean off all dirt, dust, grease, oil or any other contaminated prior to the application of AQUAPROOF For porous surfaces, we recommend to apply two (2) full coats of Aquaproof.

AQUAPROOF can be supplied in 15-kg. pail & 180 kg. /Drum.

All safety measures should be observed during application. Fire extinguishers should be available on site. Care should be taken with gas, and torches should not be rested on finished surface or on any
materials that can be scratched by flame or hot torch. Gloves and goggles should be worn by all workers during application.
