ROOFCRYL

To avoid damp and water leakage risk, it’s recommended for:

  • Waterproofing of concrete and metal roof surfaces.
  • Protection of commercial and residential buildings against UV exposure.
  • Application on terraces, balconies and exposed roof slabs.
  • Protective coating over new or existing cementitious substrates.
  • Sealing surfaces exposed to wind-driven rain and harsh weather conditions.

Times assume (21Β° C) and 50% relative humidity.

  • To touch: 1–2 hours
  • To recoat: minimum of 6 hours

Lower surface or air temperatures and higher relative humidity will extend the drying time.

  • Keep the products packed in a dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not place the pallets on top of each other.
  • Rolls must always be kept in a vertical position.
  • 100% acrylic to protect and waterproof commercial and residential buildings
  • Breathable to allow water vapor to escape
  • Excellent adhesion, bonds securely to concrete and metal substrate for long-term durability.
  • Low VOC content for broad compliance across all regions Water repellent.
  • Highly UV resistance.
  • Highly resistance to cl– ions and CO2 gas.
  • Easy to apply and dries quickly.
  • Penetration into concrete is very well.
  • Highly resistance to chemicals.
  • Excellently adhered on concrete and metal.
  • Requires no lining.
  • Surfaces should be clean and sound and free of all bond-inhibiting contaminants.
  • Concrete substrates should be fully cured.
  • Repair any holes, spalled and damaged concrete with appropriate repair materials. Allow appropriate cure time prior to coating.
  • Remove any protruding concrete accessories and smooth out any surface irregularities.
  • Do not apply when substrate or ambient temperature is (4Β° C) or below or is expected to fall below (4Β° C) within 24 hours after application.
  • Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours of application.

Clean all tools immediately with clean water.

  • Once the mixing is ready apply a two–coat system, achieving a total dry-film thickness (DFT) (0.3–0.4 mm).
  • Apply Roofcryl by brush, spray, roller, or spray-and-backroll.

Available as a two-coat system achieving a total dry film thickness of approximately 0.3 – 0.4 mm.

18-kg. per pail, white color.

Prior to use, mix Roofcryl at slow speed with drill and mixing paddle to ensure uniform color and to minimize air entrapment.

Roller:

  • Use a quality ΒΎ – 1 ΒΌ nap roller cover.
  • Completely saturate the roller andkeep it loaded with the coating to build the required miles. Never dry roll.
  • Cross roll, maintaining a wet edge, to achieve uniform thickness. Backroll in one direction
  • for consistent appearance.

Brush:

  • Application by brush is recommended only for small inaccessible areas, (e.g., on touch-ups.)
  • Use only a nylon brush.

All safety measures should be observed during application. Fire extinguishers should be available on site. Care should be taken with gas, and torches should not be rested on finished surface or on any materials that can be scratched by flame or hot torch. Gloves and goggles should be worn by all workers during application.

Read, understand and follow all Material Safety Data Sheets and product label information for this product prior to use.
