Clean tools in soap and water immediately after use. Dried emulsion can be removed with the help of any solvent.

Stir well before use. As damp-proof membrane, two coats of Aquaproof – RBE is recommended. Apply the first coat at a thickness of 200 to 500 microns. Allow a minimum of 4 hours between the first coat and the second coat. The second coat should be applied at right angles as curing compound, one coat of Aquaproof RBE is sufficient it can be applied on the green concrete this would prevent rapid evaporation of water and formation of shrinkage cracks.

Surfaces must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, dirt, dust and loose particles. It is desirable to dampen the surface with water if the concrete or block work is dry.

Normally priming is not required, however priming the surface is recommended when the surface is very dry and porous. For priming use one coat of Bitugulf AQUAPROOF.

All safety measures should be observed during application. Fire extinguishers should be available on site. Care should be taken with gas, and torches should not be rested on finished surface or on any
materials that can be scratched by flame or hot torch. Gloves and goggles should be worn by all workers during application.
